Kingspan Insulation has had its home on the airfield industrial estate between Pembridge and Shobdon since 1986 and over the past two decades it has gone from strength to strength.   The site is now the largest of its kind in the world and the business contributes positively to the local economy and community whilst being extremely mindful of its impacts on the wider environment.

Kingspan Insulation has, however, recognised the need to communicate more directly with the communities in which it is based, to involve itself with the activities of those communities and to be open about what it is doing to ensure that it is operating in a responsible manner.   This website is one of a number of visible signs of change in this regard.

This website contains information about:
  • how the Company is run in terms of environmental, economic and societal issues;
  • the Kingspan Insulation Community Trust, which will consider funding requests for environmental, biodiversity, healthy recreation and road safety projects based around the three parishes of Pembridge, Shobdon and Kingsland;
  • job vacancies with the Company; and
  • examples of Kingspan Insulation’s engagement with its surrounding communities.
